Return Policy for Frenchie Spike

At Frenchie Spike, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange. Exchange requirements the following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

Returns

  • Eligibility: If the product is defective. Product must be in original packaging. Product must be unused. All returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds


  • Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Time Frame: Refunds will be processed within three to five business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item, please contact us with details and proof of the issue.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address provided during the order process. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate
